Chuck is the best real estate salesperson I have ever come across. He is very professional and offers the most valuable advice. He had listed my dad's home in Port Charlotte and went above and beyond what we had expected. My dad had to sell due to unexpected health conditions and Chuck made the entire transaction so smooth. He then listed and sold my home in Port Charlotte as well and of course, I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

I have known Chuck on a personal level for a very long time! (Early days of school to now) He is a very trustworthy and hardworking man. I have also had the pleasure and opportunity to work with him as I am a Contractor/investor for properties. His knowledge and expertise made my job a lot easier. You see, what he would do was provide me with a great deal of information before I made my initial investment for a home and walk me through what I should offer at the same time what my return on that investment could be if I made some additional changes to the existing home. This man has made my buying and selling purchases so easy and detailed. The least I could do is write a review and provide Chuck with a SOLID 5 STARS!!
